General Terms and Conditions:

How to get “SALE up to 70% off – extra 20% or 30% off” discount in the online store at www.vistula.eu?

1. “SALE up to 70% off – extra 20% or30% off “ promotion (“Promotion”) is valid only on products with „EXTRA 20” and „EXTRA 30” tag at sellig prices on the website www.vistula.eu (link to the website: https://vistula.eu/).

2. 20% off discount is valid for any product at sale price with „EXTRA20 ” tag. 30% off discount is valid for any product at sale price with „EXTRA30 ” tag.

a) 20% off discount – in case of purchase of any product / products marked with “EXTRA20” tag in sale price from the website www.vistula.eu and accepting these terms and conditions by clicking the appropriate box in the cart. The price of each purchased product referred to in point 2 above will be reduced by 20%.
b) a) 30% off discount – in case of purchase of any product / products marked with “EXTRA30” tag in sale price from the website www.vistula.eu and accepting these terms and conditions by clicking the appropriate box in the cart. The price of each purchased product referred to in point 2 above will be reduced by 30%.

3. This Promotion does not combine with other promotions (excluding sale), available in the online store during the validity of the Promotion.

4. Additionally, in the case of orders with a minimum 70,00 EUR after discount a customer is entitled to get a free delivery.

5. Promotion is valid from 23/12/2020 until 28/12/2020 10TH.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS „SALE up to 70% off – extra 20% or 30% off “.

1. The organizer of the promotion “SALE up to 70% off – extra 20% or 30% off “. (“Promotion”) is VRG S.A. with its registered headoffice in Kraków, Pilotów Street no. 10, code 31-462, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000047082, NIP 675-000-03-61, Regon 351001329 (“Organizer”).

2. The Promotion is valid only online at www.vistula.eu (“Online Store”).

3. The promotion applies only to products marked with “EXTRA20” and „EXTRA 30” at sale prices available in the Online Store.

4. The Promotion is intended for adult, natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 22(1) of “Kodeks Cywilny” (the Polish Civil Code) and who, during the term of the Promotion, make a transaction in the Online Store in the form of a one-time purchase (confirmed with one receipt) of any of the products referred to in points 3 and accept these terms and conditions together with the terms of purchase by clicking in the appropriate box in the shopping cart (“Promotion Participant”).

5. 20% off discount may be used by the Promotion Participant, who during the Promotion period will make a purchase in the Online Store of any item at regular gross retail price with “EXTRA20” tag . 30% off discount may be used by the Promotion Participant, who during the Promotion period will make a purchase in the Online Store of any item at regular gross retail price with “EXTRA30” tag .
6. The Participant of the Promotion may participate in the Promotion several times during its term of validity provided that each time the conditions specified in these regulations are met.

7. The Promotion is valid from 23/12/2020 until 28/12/2020 10TH.

8. The discounts referred to in point 5 of the Terms and Conditions are valid from 23/12/2020 until 28/12/2020 10TH.
9. Participation in the Promotion is tantamount to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

10. The content of these Terms and Conditions is available on the website www.vistula.eu.

11. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not violate nor limit the rights of customers to file a warranty.

12. Free delivery is allowed if the value of purchases (after granting a discount) is at least 70,00 EUR.

13. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, are governed by Polish law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.

14. All complaints concerning the Promotion will be considered within 14 days from the date of their submission.
