How to take part in “The second item for free” promotion?

1.) “The second item for free” promotion applies to all products in regular price found in the online shop www.vistula.eu.

2.) From the www.vistula.eu website add to the basket two products in regular price and and enter a code: GRATIS2 by clicking in the right field in the basket, confirm by clicking “GRANT A DISCOUNT” and accept the following Terms and conditions by clicking in the right field in the basket.

3.) For the first most expensive product you will pay it’s current regular price, and for the second product you will pay only €0.01. If you purchase two products under the same transaction, referred to in point 2 with the same applicable gross retail price, you are entitled to purchase only one of the products with a discount.

4. “The second item for free” promotion cannot be combined with other promotions (including discounts).

5. “The second item for free” promotion is valid from October 9th 2018 until October 15th.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The organizer of the promotion held under the name of “The second item for free” (“Promotion”) is Vistula Group S.A. with its registered seat in Krakow in 10 Pilotów St., postal code 31-462, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieścia in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS Entry No. 0000047082, NIP (Tax ID) No. 6750000361, REGON (Business ID) No. 351001329 (“Organizer”).
2.The Promotion takes place in the online shop at www.vistula.eu (“Online Shop”).

3. For a Promotion Set consisting of two products referred to in point 2 you pay: for the most expensive product it’s current gross retail price, and for the cheapest product €0.01. If you purchase two products under the same transaction, referred to in point 2 with the same applicable gross retail price, you are entitled to purchase only one of the products with a discount.

4. The Promotion is intended only for natural persons of legal age who have full capacity to enter into legal transactions, who are consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, who make a one-time purchase (certified with one receipt) of a set made of at least two products referred to in point 3 above and enter a code: GRATIS2 by clicking in the right field in the basket (marked as “Enter the code from coupon) and confirm by clicking button “GRANT A DISCOUNT” and accept the following Terms and conditions by clicking in the right field in the basket (“Promotion Participant”).

All products in the basket will be automatically ordered according to their selling price — from the highest to the lowest and grouped in Promotional sets, covering three consecutive products.

5. Promotion Participants fulfilling the conditions referred to in point 4 above are entitled to purchase products included in Promotional set/Promotional sets on the following rules:

a.) When purchasing products that make up one Promotional Set, the Promotion Participant will be entitled to purchase a product that will take the second position ranked respectively from the highest to the lowest price, in each case €0.01.

b.) If purchasing products that make up more than one Promotional Set as part of one transaction, the Promotion Participant will be entitled to purchase a product that will take the second, forth, sixth, etc. position respectively in each of the Promotional Sets at a price €0.01.

The price of €0.01 does not apply to the purchase of products that are ranked respectively with the first, third, fifth, seventh, nineth, etc. positions among the above products ranked in order from the highest to the lowest price.

6. Promotion Participants may take part in the Promotion on multiple occasions during its term of validity provided that the conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are always fulfilled.

7. This Promotion is not cumulative with discounts offered within loyalty programmes run by the Organizer, nor with other special offers / discounts in force in the Online Shop during the term of this Promotion. In the case of other promotions (including discounts) being in force during the Promotion’s term of validity, the Customer may choose which promotion they wish to use.
8. Promotion Participants will not be granted a discount resulting from “the men’s world club” Customer Loyalty Card or other cards and promotions.

9. The Promotion is valid from October 9th 2018 until October 15th.

10. Participating in the Promotion is treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions without prejudice to point 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Promotion Participants are entitled to withdraw from a sale agreement only for the products purchased included in Promotional Set in accordance with separate provisions. Promotion Participants are not entitled to withdraw from the sale agreement in the scope of only one product from a given Promotional Set or some products from different Promotional Sets. The customer may withdraw from the contract of sale of one, some, and all promotional sets purchased under one transaction. Withdrawal from the sales agreement of a given Promotional Set does not mean that the Customer withdraws from the sales agreement of the other Promotional Sets purchased under one transaction.

13. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not affect or restrict the customers’ rights under warranty.

14. All complaints concerning the Promotion will be examined within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

15. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable legal acts shall apply.

16. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the day of October 9th 2018.
