Terms and Conditions of the “Private Sale up to 50% off”

Abbreviated rules of the “Private Sale up to 50% off” promotion on the online shop www.vistula.eu.

How to take advantage of the “Private Sale up to 50% off” promotion on the online shop www.vistula.eu?

1. The “Private Sale up to 50% off” promotion applies to all products in regular price found on the online shop www.vistula.eu, which are marked as “Private Sale up to 50% off”.

2. Discounts are available on three levels: 30% off, 40% off or 50% off.

3. 30% off, 40% off, 50% off discounts (depending on the purchase value – see 6 point below) are available for each customer, who during the time of this Promotion, purchase at least one product from the online store www.vistula.eu ordered in the manner described in point 1 above.

4. Promotion Participants described in point 3 above are entitled to purchase products in the following discount:

a) 30% off- for the purchase of any product / any products marked as “Private Sale up to 50% off” in regular price from the website www.vistula.eu with a total value below € 500, after accepting these terms and conditions and purchase terms, by clicking on the appropriate box in the basket. The price of each purchased product referred to in point 1 above will be reduced by 30%.

b) 40% off- for the purchase of any product / any products marked as “Private Sale up to 50% off” in regular price from the website www.vistula.eu with a total value below €500, however lower than €1000, after accepting these terms and conditions and purchase terms, by clicking on the appropriate box in the basket. The price of each purchased product referred to in point 1 above will be reduced by 40%.

c) 50% off- for the purchase of any product / any products marked as “Private Sale up to 50% off” in regular price from the website www.vistula.eu with a total minimum value of €1000, after accepting these terms and conditions and purchase terms, by clicking on the appropriate box in the basket. The price of each purchased product referred to in point 1 above will be reduced by 50%.

5. This Promotion is not cumulative with discounts offered within loyalty programmes run by the Organizer, nor with other special offers / discounts in force in the Online Shop during the term of this Promotion. In the case of other promotions (including discounts) being in force during the Promotion’s term of validity, the Customer may choose which promotion they wish to use.

6. Additionally, for orders with a value of minmum €70 the delivery is free!

7. The promotion is valid from November 8th 2018 until further notice.

Terms and conditions of the “Private Sale up to 50% off”

1. The organizer of the promotion held under the name of “Private Sale up to 50% off” (“Promotion”) is Vistula Group S.A. with its registered seat in Krakow in 10 Pilotów St., postal code 31-462, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieścia in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS Entry No. 0000047082, NIP (Tax ID) No. 6750000361, REGON (Business ID) No. 351001329 (“Organizer”).

2. The Promotion takes place in the online shop at www.vistula.eu (“Online Shop”).

3. The Promotion applies solely to all products marked as „Private Sale do -50%” in regular price from the online store.

4. The Promotion is intended only for natural persons of legal age who have full capacity to enter into legal transactions, who are consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, who purchase at least one product ordered in the manner described in point 3 above marked “30% Off” in the Online Shop during the term of this Promotion, and who accept these Terms and Conditions by clicking in the right field in the basket (“Promotion Participant”).

5. Discounts are available on three levels: 30% off, 40% off or 50% off.

6. 30% off, 40% off, 50% off discounts (depending on the purchase value – see 8 point below) are available for each customer, who during the time of this Promotion, purchase at least one product from the online store www.vistula.eu ordered in the manner described in point 3 above.

7. Promotion Participants described in point 3 above are entitled to purchase products in the following discount:

a) 30% off from the regular price – in the case of transactions in the form of a one-off purchase (confirmed by one receipt) for a total amount below €500 at regular price;
b) 40% off from the regular price – in the case of transactions in the form of a one-off purchase (confirmed by one receipt) for a total amount at least €500 but not more than €999,99 at regular price;
c) 50% off from the regular price – in the case of transactions in the form of a one-off purchase (confirmed by one receipt) for a total amount at least €1000 at regular price;

8. Promotion Participants may take part in the Promotion on multiple occasions during its term of validity provided that the conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are always fulfilled.

9. The Promotion is valid from November 8th 2018 until further notice.

10. The discounts mentioned in point 8 of these Regulations, do not apply to discounted products and are granted on a regular retail price.

11. This Promotion “Private Sale up to 50% off” is not cumulative with discounts offered within loyalty programmes run by the Organizer, nor with other special offers / discounts in force in the Online Shop during the term of this Promotion. In the case of other promotions (including discounts) being in force during the Promotion’s term of validity, the Customer may choose which promotion they wish to use.

12. In the case of returning one or more (but not all) promotional products purchased under one transaction on the Online Store as a result of withdrawal from the sale agreement, it is considered that the Promotion Participant waives the participation in the Promotion in terms of returned products. At the same time, it is considered that the Promotion Participant does not withdraw from participation in the Promotion in the field of unreturned product (covered by one receipt). Then the Organizer recalculates the prices of purchased products, determines the amount of the discount, in accordance with point. 8 above, and returns the difference, as long as it has a positive value. In the event of a negative difference, the Promotion Participant is obliged to pay the missing amount within 7 days from the date of refund.

13. Promotion Participants will not be granted a discount resulting from “the men’s world club” Customer Loyalty Card or other cards and promotions.

14. Participating in the Promotion is treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

15. The content of these Terms and Conditions is available online at www.vistula.eu.

16. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not affect or restrict the customers’ rights under warranty.

17. Regarding goods purchased under the Promotion, there is no possibility of personal collection in the Vistula stores. Free delivery is due if the value of shopping (after a discount) is at least €70.

18. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Acts and other generally applicable legal acts shall apply.

19. All complaints concerning the Promotion will be examined within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

20. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the day of November 8th 2018.
