Terms and conditions of the "30% off on everything" promotion

How to take advantage of the “30% off on everything” promotion?

1. The “30% off on everything” applies to all the products from the www.vistula.pl online shop marked as “30% off”. The actual price of the product is visible on this product.

2. Add any products of your choice, referred to in point 1, to your basket and accept these Terms and Regulations by clicking in the right field in the basket.

3. The “30% off on everything” promotion does not combine with other promotons (including dis-counts).
5. The “30% off on everything” promotion is valid from May 09th 2019 until further notice.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The organizer of the promotion held under the name of “30% off on everything” (“Promotion”) is VRG S.A. with its registered seat in Krakow in 10 Pilotów St., postal code 31-462, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieścia in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS Entry No. 0000047082, NIP (Tax ID) No. 6750000361, REGON (Business ID) No. 351001329 (“Organizer”).

2. The Promotion applies to all the products from the www.vistula.pl online shop marked as “30% off”.

3. The Promotion is intended only for natural persons of legal age, who are consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, who during the term of the validity of the Promotion make a one-time purchase in the Online Shop (certified with one receipt) of products of their choice, and accept these Terms and Regulations by clicking in the right field in the basket (“Promotion Participant”).

4. Promotion Participants may take part in the Promotion on multiple occasions during its term of validity provided that the conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are always fulfilled.
7. This Promotion is not cumulative with discounts offered within loyalty programmes run by the Organizer, nor with other special offers / discounts in force in the Online Shop during the term of this Promotion. In the case of other promotions (including discounts) being in force during the Promotion’s term of validity, the Client may choose which promotion they wish to use.
8. Promotion Participants will not be granted a discount resulting from “the men’s world club” Customer Loyalty Card or other cards and promotions.

9. The Promotion is valid from May 9th 2019 until further notice.

10. Participating in the Promotion is treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions without prejudice to point 4 herein.
11. Promotion Participants are entitled to withdraw from a sale agreement for all the products in a given Promotional Set in accordance with separate provisions.
12. The content of these Terms and Conditions is available online at www.vistula.pl.
13. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not affect or restrict the customers’ rights under warranty.
14. All complaints concerning the Promotion will be examined within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
15. In all matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other valid legal regulations shall apply.
16. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the day of May 9th 2019.
