Supplement to the Terms and Conditions of the "20% Off all jackets or coats" promotion

Supplement to the Terms and Conditions of the “20% Off all jackets or coats” promotion signed in Krakow on January 30th 2019 by:

VRG S.A. with its registered seat in Krakow in 10 Pilotów St., postal code 31-462, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieścia in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS Entry No. 0000047082, NIP (Tax ID) No. 6750000361, REGON (Business ID) No. 351001329 (hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor”).

§ 1.
1. The Vendor has decided to modify point 5 of the Terms and Conditions of the The second item for free (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) by giving it the following new wording:

9. “20% Off all jackets or coats” promotion is valid from Junuary 29th 2019 until Janurary 31st 09:00.

2. The Vendor has decided to modify point. 6 in short form of the Terms and Conditions:

§ 2.
The other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.

§ 3.
The supplement comes into force as of the day of its publication.

How to take advantage of the “20% Off all jackets or coats” promotion?

1. “20% Off all jackets or coats” promotion applies to all jackets and coats from the www.vistula.eu website.

2. To take advantage of the promotion, add to the basket any jacket or a coat from the www.vistula.eu website, enter the discount code: EXTRA20 in the appropriate field (marked “Enter the voucher code”) and confirm by clicking the “CALCUATE THE DISCOUNT” button and accept these Terms and Conditions by clicking in the right box in the basket. The price of each product mentioned above will be reduced by 20%.

3. “20% Off all jackets or coats” promotion does not combine with other promotions (including discounts).

4. Additionally, any order above 70 EUR includes free shipping.

5. “20% Off all jackets or coats” promotion is valid from Junuary 29th 2019 until Janurary 31st 09:00.

Terms and Regulations:

1. The organizer of the promotion held under the name of “20% Off all jackets or coats” (“Promotion”) is VRG S.A. with its registered seat in Krakow in 10 Pilotów St., postal code 31-462, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieścia in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS Entry No. 0000047082, NIP (Tax ID) No. 6750000361, REGON (Business ID) No. 351001329 (“Organizer”).

2. The Promotion takes place in the online shop at www.vistula.eu (“Online Shop”)

3. Promotion applies to all jackets or coats from the www.vistula.eu website.

4. The Promotion is intended for natural persons of legal age who have full capacity to enter into legal transactions, who are consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, who — during the term of the validity of the Promotion — make a one-time purchase in the Online Shop (confirmed with one receipt) of a set of products referred to in point 3 above (“Promotional Set”), enter the discount code: EXTRA20 in the appropriate field (marked “Enter the discount code”), and confirm by clicking the “CALCULATE THE DISCOUNT” button and accept these Terms and Conditions by clicking in the right field in the basket (“Promotion Participant”).

5. Promotion Participants fulfilling the conditions referred to in point 4 above are entitled to purchase all products with a discount of 20% from their current price.
6. Promotion Participants may take part in the Promotion on multiple occasions during its term of validity provided that the conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are always fulfilled.

7. “20% Off all jackets or coats” promotion is valid from Junuary 29th 2019 until Janurary 31st 09:00.

8. This Promotion is not cumulative with discounts offered within loyalty programmes run by the Organizer, nor with other special offers / discounts in force in the Online Shop during the term of this Promotion. In the case of other promotions (including discounts) being in force during the Promotion’s term of validity, the Customer may choose which promotion they wish to use.

10. Free shipping is included to orders above 70 EUR.

11. Promotion Participants are entitled to withdraw from a sale agreement concluded as a distance contract, for the products purchased within the Promotion in accordance with separate provisions.

12. Participating in the Promotion is treated as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions without prejudice to point 4 of these Terms and Conditions.

13. The content of these Terms and Conditions is available online at www.vistula.eu.

14. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not affect or restrict the customers’ rights under warranty.

15. All complaints concerning the Promotion will be examined within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

16. In all matters which are not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable legal acts apply.

17. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the day of January 29th 2019
