Delivery to countries outside of the EU is priced individually.

Deliveries to Cyprus nor Malta are not possible at the moment.

Courier delivery (prepayment)
Products are shipped within 7 business days from the confirmation of the payment in our account.

When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday, the courier service collects parcels from our storehouse around 12:00.

When are orders delivered?
DPD courier deliveries are made on business days within 24 hours from being sent. The delivery service takes place between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

What to do if the delivery is running late?
The status of the shipment can be traced on the basis of the consignment note number and by contacting the delivery company by phone or entering the consignment number on the courier service website.

Please note that if the package delivered by the Courier is damaged, you should check its contents, and if any item is missing, a complaint protocol should be prepared in the Courier’s presence. More information is available at the DPD Company’s website.
