Communication regarding the protection of personal data

The administrator of personal data processed as part of an online store (“E-Shop”) is: Vistula Group S.A. with its registered seat in Krakow in 10 Pilotów St., postal code 31-462, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS Entry No. 0000047082 (“Administrator”). The Administrator informs that:

1. Your personal data is processed for purposes related to transactions made as part of the E-Shop and for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, as well as on the Customer’s consent – for purposes consistent with the content of the consent, including commercial and marketing purposes and for purposes related to handling the newsletter sending;
2. given data is processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. a), lit. b) and lit. f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data);
3. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to complete the transaction in the E-Shop and consider the complaint and are processed for the period of your account in the E-Shop, no longer than 3 years from the liquidation of the account in the E-Shop. If you make a transaction without creating an account in the E-Shop, then the data is processed for a period of 3 years from the date of the transaction. In the case of processing personal data in the legally justified purposes of the Administrator for the time of their implementation and on the basis of your consent – until withdrawal of consent;
4. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data relating to your person, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing;
5. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
6. You have the right to file a complaint with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (GIODO) (and from the date of the creation of a new office – to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection), when you think that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the law;
7. personal data comes from the person whom the data concerns;
8. providing data is voluntary, but necessary for making transactions within the E-Shop. The lack of personal data prevents the creation of an account in the E-Shop and making transactions within the E-Shop; This does not apply to data processing for commercial and marketing purposes, which is performed only in case of voluntary consent, regardless of transactions within the E-Shop;
9. Your data may be processed in the form of analytical, sales and marketing profiling, in order to adjust the materials directed by the Administrator to your needs and interests, and to make measurements that will allow the Administrator to improve the services provided by him; Binding decisions are not automated;
